FWIW the workflows use swift-actions/setup-swift. |

This workflow uses swiftly, which is the official Swift project for cross-platform installation. However, it does not like the latest Ubuntu version for some reason. I haven't looked terribly deeply into why that is, but my fix will be to downgrade the OS until that it is addressed. |

I didn't realize that the README contained URLs which are now out of date. Amazingly, Swift Package Index has enough smarts to automatically detect and fix this internally, so the links just need to be adjusted and everything will continue to work.
