Summary

  • expose iterators and to_vec helpers on BitVector, CompactVector, and DacsByte
  • implement a custom Debug formatter for DacsByte
  • split iterator tests so each assertion stands alone
  • document the additions in CHANGELOG.md
  • remove completed inventory item
