Updated test integration by switching from PlenaryBustedDirectory to MiniTest. Renamed tests/minimal.lua to scripts/minimal_init.lua and updated the Makefile. Updated .luacheckrc to include "MiniTest" in globals and renamed multiple test files for consistency.
Refactor tests to use MiniTest.new_set structure and child Neovim integration. Update documentstore, format, UUID and LCS test files to remove redundant describe/it blocks. Consolidate test cases and improve line wrapping and readability.
Refactored virtual document tests to use hooks and MiniTest.new_set. Reorganized test cases for creating, updating, and change event handling to improve clarity and maintainability.
