Función de Python capaz de ingresar en la web oficial del MOPT y obtener la dirección URL de la imagen calendario, de esta forma en cada petición a la página es posible incrustar la imagen simplemente incluyendo la URL de la web oficial sin necesidad de descargarla, guardarla en el git o estar actualizándola manualmente
Queda por implementar versión Javascript del bot, parser, para que esta resolución se haga netamente desde el dispositivo cliente y restarle trabajo al servidor.

Pequeño script(bot) que ingresa a la página del MOPT referente a la restricción vehicular y obtiene la URL de la imagen, de esta manera se puede incrustrar de manera automática dicha imagen o descargarla por parte del servidor sin intervención humana.
Esta primera versión está en Bash, falta por hacer integrarla con Python para que este sea quién coloque siempre la URL de la imagen más actualizada.
