Introduces a new Polygon primitive to the graphics model with full type safety.
Adds polygon rendering to Canvas and SVG pipelines, including bounds, transforms, and optional labels.
Enables interactive polygons (hover, click, tooltips) with layer/step filtering and viewport culling.
Extends utilities (merge, translate, step filtering, bounds, tables) to treat polygons as first-class objects.
Includes fixtures, examples, CI type-checking, and snapshot tests to validate end-to-end behavior.
