- Use "types" from config base options; TYPEART_TYPE_FILE is deprecated, now TYPEART_TYPES
- Phase specific environment options: TYPEART_OPTIONS_STACK, TYPEART_OPTIONS_HEAP, only parsed for activated stack or heap phase respectively
