Hard to properly test before releasing, but I did make a new repo this morning with the core parts of the updated workflow, and I released. You can see it at https://github.com/blairconrad/test-release/releases/tag/1.0.0 I did label 2 of the PRs before generating release notes; that's how we got the fancy categories. |

It worked!. Tagged PRs would've categorized the notes, but even with everything in one batch, I think it's informative. |
