added dynamic choices for selectfield
As my SelectField is still not working, here is an isolated example of the change calculator so far.

added a loop to dynamically create the choices for the SelectField, still not sure why the SelectField isn't working. any hints?
As such, I have almost finished the change calculator in its own file: change.py and intend to bring it into the fold when the SelectField is running.
