Pull Request Overview
This PR renames the mise configuration file from .mise.toml to mise.toml to follow the conventional naming convention as documented in the mise configuration guide.

Previously, I named my configuration file
.mise.toml, but the most conventional naming convention appears to bemise.toml1, so I have renamed it accordingly.Footnotes
