Version 0.1.0 | Soft Release

We've been using this template internally for a while, but haven't catalogued it with a release yet! As more and more repos are using it (including our first Teach LA-adjacent project, Pathways), we should set some things in stone.

As this marks our first release, we won't do a diff. However, to keep track of the current functionality of the template, it:

• has the latest, dependabot-certified version of create-react-app and dependencies
• has GitHub Actions automatically set up for testing builds
• has a default Dependabot config for npm (with monthly audits)
• has Netlify redirects set up for multi-route SPAs
• includes the Contributor Covenant in CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md
• has a little bit of documentation for new people!
• uses main as the default branch (new)

I think we'll mark our first official release on our next (internal) board turnover. Until then, thanks for checking this project out!
