Major updates:

  • Python: 3.10/3.10.0 → 3.13/3.13.0 (latest stable)
  • MLflow: 2.8.1/2.18.0 → 3.4.0 (unified version, major upgrade)
  • wandb: 0.16.0 → 0.22.0
  • pandas: 2.1.3 → 2.3.2
  • scikit-learn: 1.5.2 → 1.7.2
  • matplotlib: 3.8.2 → 3.10.6
  • scipy: 1.13.1 → 1.16.2
  • pytest: 7.4.4 → 8.4.2
  • requests: 2.24.0 → 2.32.5
  • pyarrow: unversioned → 21.0.0
  • pip: 23.3.1 → 24.3.1
  • jupyterlab: 4.0.9/4.1.3 → 4.4.7 (unified version)

All package versions updated to latest stable releases as of September 2025. Compatibility tested with Python 3.13.7 virtual environment. All core APIs and imports remain backward compatible.
