@Gareasm I removed the data files from the repo. Kesavalu didn't want them available to the public. We don't have enough data to compare males and females. Please include the analysis for the whole group (like what was done with the other bacteria). Also, I found difference in the data that I emailed you about. In the Polymicrobial data, it looks like the miRNA data starts on line 34. In the others it started on line 39. |
Never mind that comment! Sorry ... I should have looked at the data :( I think we need to combine the male and female files together. |
