This PR adds the finalized machine learning results for the Polymicrobial Infections analysis.

Includes:

  • Outputs from all five ML models
  • Associated figures for each model
  • Supporting data files used in analysis

HTML versions of the Jupyter notebooks were shared via email for ease of review.

@Gareasm I removed the data files from the repo. Kesavalu didn't want them available to the public.

We don't have enough data to compare males and females. Please include the analysis for the whole group (like what was done with the other bacteria).

Also, I found difference in the data that I emailed you about. In the Polymicrobial data, it looks like the miRNA data starts on line 34. In the others it started on line 39.

Never mind that comment! Sorry ... I should have looked at the data :(
It looks you have data on male vs female.

I think we need to combine the male and female files together.
I'll follow up with Syam.
