Created a folder for assets and added two images for the first page I've created.
Create first page: 'QAT Engagement Process'.
Fixed a couple of issues in the original pull request. Have now added the images that were uploaded to the assets folder.

I've created the first page for the QAT Standards Site ('QAT Engagement Process') and also created an assets folder to store images.
