- Hide unpopulated nav in header - Add filter_count method for counting filters (obviously) - Add mobile specific markup to show filters in a hidden full width column instead of sidebar - Add a stimulus controller & associated button for toggling filters on the search page when in mobile view - Add TOGGLE_PORTCULLIS to credentials and fetch it properly so that it's read by the header - Remove Gemfile.lock.bac - Update dockerfile ruby base image - Correct ruby-version and tool-versions formatting - Remove unused font-awesome-gem
- Remove override for footer margins (this is now handled by the gem)
