Adds a page to outline the custom CSS properties that can be used to customize the appearance of the Rich Text Editor.

I'm getting a Vale error [UmbracoDocs.Names] Use ''JavaScript'' instead of 'JavaScript' for consistency, which I don't understand, as I've used the correct casing for "JavaScript". 🤔

We've updated some of the vale checks today, so might be some issue related to that. We'll check up on it 🙏

Also, could you add the new article to the SUMMARY file? 😇
