This disclaimer is important as reports generated for AB tests can causes sites to crash due to high load on DTU

📋 Description

Without this disclaimer it seems like its ok to use lower level tiers, however this potentially impacts sites with lots of data.

Thanks for the PR, @JonathanHBokio 🙌I have added a few suggestions to fix Vale Warnings. Can you take a look and let me know if it doesn't make sense?

Also, can you add these updates to the v16 file as well?
