📋 Description

The link to the 'register an extension' page in the overview page (readme) was broken in Umbraco 16 and 17. This fixes that.

...as you can see, GitBook thinks it's supposed to link to an external page:

@kjac Since the link was still pointing to the old filename (extension-registry.md), GitBook couldn’t resolve it internally. It defaulted to showing it as an external link to the GitHub file (essentially a broken link). With the link fix, GitBook will now render it correctly as an internal page.
