Initial Release of Configurable Aggregate Report plugin along with bug fixes

• What the plugin does: This plugin load JTL file and produce Configurable Aggregate Report, which can be configured using various filters in the JMeter GUI itself, like Start Offset/End Offset, Column Level Filtering - To add/remove columns in the table as per need, and it also displays start/end time on the report itself. The 90th percentile is also configurable in JMeter itself
