-This commit removes the dependency on flutter_ble_lib, which is no longer an actively developed library. -flutter_ble_lib has not been replaced with a different BLE library, as the simpler solution is to just have users of this library choose whatever bluetooth library they want to use, and implement their own ProvTransport class with said BLE library. -TransportBle class has been moved to the example app, where flutter_ble_lib is the current BLE library of choice. Eventually this example app should be migrated to an actively developed BLE library.
