BTW, we need to add a row in https://740772a4.cldr.pages.dev/index/downloads for 46.1, corresponding to the 2nd line of https://740772a4.cldr.pages.dev/downloads/cldr-46. Once we have the definitions for Final Candidate and Tech Preview, we could also put links on those on https://740772a4.cldr.pages.dev/downloads/cldr-46.
However, that can be done in a second PR.

Yes, let's make any further changes in a second PR since this has most of the changes and it would be better to have an updated version of the release notes until we can make more minor changes. |
