## Mixed Phases

It is possible for the Survey Tool to be open for some locales and not others. In this case, you may see a mixed status such as `VETTING_CLOSED/SUBMIT`. Login and choose a specific locale, and the exact status for that locale will be shown.

That's not a great user experience. However I'm happy to go with this for now. Thanks for adding the documentation

Open (and not just in the PR sense) to suggestions here.. can you make a ticket with any suggestions? I kind of think it goes along with improving the sidebar..

"Login" is a noun, this should say "Log in"
