CLDR-18228
The rules were cowritten and validated by Damir V and me. I extended the nominative rules contributed by Damir to the other grammatical cases. I omitted the vocative forms, and the plural ordinals.
@DraganBesevic reviewed the output from these rules, and said, "oh, yeah, this is much better."
