[UTC-181-C39] Consensus: Provisionally assign 5 code points U+1D25B..U+1D25F to musical symbols as described in L2/24-213. [Ref: 3.3 in L2/24-228]

[183-C22] Consensus: Change the name, glyph and properties of code point U+1D25F MUSICAL SYMBOL BUZZ ROLL provisionally assigned by 181-C39 to MUSICAL SYMBOL COMBINING BUZZ ROLL STEM, a combining mark with Canonical_Combining_Class value of Attached_Above_Right (216), as described in L2/25-064. [Ref. 3.8 in L2/25-091R]

[185-C40] Consensus: UTC accepts for encoding in Unicode 18.0 the following 321 Arabic, Armenian, Bengali, Cuneiform, Devanagari, Hebrew, Kana, Khitan, Latin, Mongolian, Phonetic and other symbol characters for which code points have previously been assigned:

Discussions of western musical notation is vertical CJK text might be a bit hard to find, but I would be surprised if it involved rotating the symbols…
