- Update Next.js 16.0.7 → 16.1.1
- Update React/React-DOM to 19.2.3
- Update TypeScript to 5.9.3
- Update Vite to 5.4.21, Astro to 5.16.6
- Update ESLint, Vitest, and other dev dependencies
- Add missing react-dom devDependency to packages/react and packages/next
