Ivyxml is a Gradle plugin that supports Ivy dependency files (aka "ivy.xml").
Library dependencies are thereby encapsulated in an Ivy XML file according to
Ivy-documented syntax instead of being mixed in with other Gradle configuration
using Groovy syntax.
