FlagVisitor.beginGroup is now called before descending into a group and provides the group's wigwag.

This PR repurposes
FlagVisitor.beginGroupinto a callback that is triggered before descending/visiting a subgroup.FlagGroup.beginContainerand its corresponding end method were added to mark the beginning/ending of a flag container,. including the root container.
