Added a sticky navbar that scrolls to “I want to get involved”, “Projects”, “I maintain a project”.
Limited visible projects to the first 9 with a “See More (N more projects)” button.
Users can jump to relevant sections without manual scrolling.
Projects section is more readable on first load.
