Enable SSL-passthrough mode for ingress-nginx for spaces v1.10.0

We've removed the ClientCertFromHeader authenticator from Spaces and we now require SSL-passthrough to be enabled for the ingress-nginx controller if hub identities are enabled and client certificate authentication is to be used at spaces-router. This PR updates the AWS, Azure & GCP self-hosted Spaces installation guides to reflect the new configuration.
