Major refactor

This will be the main release candidate.

It integrate ShadCN Svelte on top of TailwindCSS,
The logic in the backend have been reinforced, and some of my own scripts have being replaced by some more stable library, like rate limits and the rest api client.

Zenstack now provide column level policies, and the full prisma trpc on /api
Documentation are now generated with scalar and available at own /docs/index.html or through settings / Rest api / docs

There are a tons of quality of life and improvements, so logically there will be even more bugs and forgotten pieces of code, mainly in translations, already working on an update for mislabelled and forgot toasts.
