This Python library enables you to generatea UPN (Universal Payment Order - Univerzalni plačilni nalog in Slovene) QR code. The QR code itself enables one to use mobile bank and scan the code in order to pay the UPN seamlessly with a mobile bank.
The library follows spcifications of the official documentation (written in Slovene) available at: https://www.upn-qr.si/ and attached in the repo in the instructions for developers of UPN QR.
