- View the results and strategic scenarios below the controls. All calculations update in real time.
- You can modify the market sizes, demographic multipliers, and scenario presets directly in the JavaScript section of
index.html. - The UI theme and colors are defined using CSS variables and Tailwind configuration in the
<head>section.
The simulator calculates:
- User Breakdown: Total, free, and paying users, split by tier.
- Financial Performance: Revenue, costs, profit, and profit margin.
- Unit Economics: Revenue/cost/net per user, payback ratio.
- Market Analysis: Market size, penetration, growth potential, and estimated market cap.
All logic is contained in the HTML file—no backend or build tools required.
