Essentially, we tweak the workflow to be able to run in an ARM64 runner and VM, although there is no support for nested virtualization on ARM. To test the workflow though, we can add a `solo5-spt` example and still maintain the end-to-end workflow intact. Signed-off-by: Anastassios Nanos <ananos@nubificus.co.uk>
