Extension not working

1. Is it enabled and activated? Run workbench.action.showRuntimeExtensions Developer: Show Running Extensions command

2. Are you using the latest versions of VSCode & extension?

3. Any errors in the Devtools coming from extension? Run workbench.action.toggleDevTools Developer: Toggle Developer Tools command

4. Try reproducing in Insiders version https://code.visualstudio.com/insiders/

Insiders version usually < 1 month ahead of Stable VScode, so it could mean that something was fixed in VSCode; but it could also mean that the problem was caused by a modified setting in settings.json file.

5. Which settings of this extension (errorLens.*) have you modified?

6. Is it a regression? Can this issue be reproduced in another version of extension. Use context menu Install Specific Version... to install any of the previous published versions
