Tony fixed a problem with fluoride in his recent updates. These new databases run with all of the test cases. Unfortunately, there may be a lot of changes in the output files, but I am willing to accept the results from these databases.
I've updated the release.txt files with all changes, and it should be ready unless you need to add anything.
