TreeHIerarchy has been placed in AFL to simplify importing. One test has been removed. TreePipeline/TreeClassifier no longer automatically takes log10 of the input curves, assuming a previous PipelineOp has taken the log already. Test will be implemented with an updated reference pipeline utilizing explicit log10 operations.
