Ch03: Add new common tar options & rectify errors

-v/--verbose, --zstd, -a/--auto-compress are all common tar options.

-v is also used in the examples:

$ tar -c -z -v -f target.tar test/
$ tar -czvf target.tar test/
$ tar -f target.tar -czv test/

This pull request adds missing common tar options and rectifies errors in Chapter 3.
