Overview
Add experimental support for host target scalable
Reason for change
Support EU partners.
Description of change
Added CA_HOST_VF: 1,S or 2,S etc will enable scalable. 1,S currently seems to crash with clc, any amount seems to crash when running UnitCL
Tried with task_01_02 of UnitCL. Was able to build with 2,S and use the offline testing.
