…ns (#5414) * docs: add Gradle license key guidance and Quarkus-specific instructions The license configuration docs only showed Maven examples for passing the offline key via system property. Gradle users had no guidance. Add a Gradle tab to the license key CLI examples and document how to forward the system property in Quarkus Gradle builds, where process isolation prevents -D flags from reaching the License Checker.
