Manual cherry-pick of #8573 to
24.5branch.There was a merge conflict in yarn.lock that was resolved by running
yarnlocally.Note: I had to enable
'wdio:enforceWebDriverClassic'option since older branches use Chrome versions 110 (Lumo) and 88 (Material) and apparently don't support BiDi protocol used by default in Webdriver 9.Type of change
