Summary

merge branch feat/subtask-timeout into work
add SubtaskTimeoutManager for configurable timeouts
start subtasks with optional timeout support
expose APIs for aborting and clearing subtasks
include UI progress component for timeout display

Testing

npm test (fails: command exited with code 1)
