On ARO clusters, the VNet and cluster infrastructure are in separate resource groups. The CCO-created service principal has permissions scoped to the infrastructure resource group (resourceGroup), not the VNet resource group (vnetResourceGroup). Signed-off-by: Beraldo Leal <[email protected]>
