Shared Memory: Published a PR for HashExternalization of data. Uses an unused SDS header field to indicate the new data type. A lot of discussion about how to restore.

Timeout: a plan was published in the Issue.

FT._DEBUG command was merged and discussed.

Limits on various sizes are coming.

More metrics for visibility are coming.

What do we need for Valkey 9.0 -- multi-db in cluster mode, will likely require some work.

Also need to add the keyless command tag to 9.0. Somebody needs to do the work.
