- API-server (main.py, settings.py, endpoints.py and so on) moved from sgr_deep_research to sgr_agent_core/server package
- support of relative paths added to GlobalConfig (for base_class logic)
- sgr_deep_research moved to examples folder
- If name of new agent is the same as exists old agent will be override with new object
