  • Docker build and publish pipeline added
  • Dockerfile and docker-compose.yaml moved from services to root of project
  • sgr-deep-research-frontend renamed to sgr-agent-frontend

Closes #129

Страшный PR, но в целом тут мало что меняется. Просто перемещения файлов много.
