This PR introduces Neuro Adventures leaderboard to live-elo. Leaderboad is enabled with
adventures_enabledand you can set the poll rate withadventures_poll_hrs. The leaderboard takes each player's top score as their elo and piggybacks off of theDiscordauthor id foruser-info-server.Checklist
