Description of changes
Apparently, I accidentally deleted our oceanic station entry in VATSpy.dat, which caused the polygon to be removed.
This PR would bring back our oceanic airspace over the Pacific.
Reason and motivation
Show the oceanic airspace when it is online.
...which is extremely rare to be online, it took me a long time to realize this issue.
