This looks like an extreme solution. We just remove this FAA label from VEMZ, can't we?

VEMZ causes a duplication error with
MZU_APP, removed the VEMZ as it has been disused for many years. Closes #1124Reason and motivation
MZU Approach does not correctly highlight on maps utilizing vatspy data due to the duplicate airport.
