AN** belongs to the country of Nauru, you can not add FIR's starting with another country's ICAO country code letters.
You will have to use an non excisting ICAO country code or use an ICAO code based on either of those two countries.
Note: Only the actual FIR entry needs to follow this, you can still alias ANT as a logon for the FIR, allowing you to use ANT_CTR.

Description of changes
Reason and motivation
MidCarib FIR (VATCAR) has a position "Antilles" which combines both sectors of Santo Domingo and Port-au-Prince for top-down coverage. It is not a Flight Service Station, just an added center facility with extended coverage.
