I am interested in the option "Deep-learning based spectra (...)". Do you use a fully connected deep NN or a recurrent NN for that?

Thank you for your quick response!
According to #1724 you dont use pre trained models at all. How do you then predict the spectra without raw data? I am maybe lacking there knowledge.

Also regarding the RNN.
Is the RNN
a) trained from scratch on the given raw data? which makes no sence without raw data?
b) doing transfer learning based on the raw data starting with a pre-trained model
c) just doing prediction with a pre-trained model
d)Does the RNN use GPUs if available?
e)Is it based on TensorFlow? If not, which other framework
