Hi, just wanted the most recent bug fixes on the ros2 branch so heres the rebased version on the current master.

Remove unnecessary sorting of keyframe indices
Fix MapNode crash when target directory does not exist
Add verbosity flag to optionally prevent excessive std::cout writes
Fix segmentation fault caused by out-of-bounds array access
